  China Jilin Forest Industry Group Co.,Ltd. is  one of the four biggest state-owned forest industrial companies in China. Reorgnized on the base of the former China Jilin Forest Industry Group,the Group now consists of 16 direct subsidiary companies under the group with a total operating asset in the amount of 4 billion and a working staff of 38,000 .

  The operating area of the Group is located in the Changbai Mountain (situated in the southeast of Jilin Province).The Changbai Mountain is one of the major timber production bases and is also a natural barrier of the Northeast Plain of China. The forest owned by the Group covers an area of 1.348 million ha.,and the Group also owns a woodland of 1.20 million ha.. The Group has 166 million cubic-meter living trees and an annual output of commercial wood is  893,000 cubic meters. This area is also abundent in wild animals,plants(about 4000 sorts), mineral products, and tourism resources.

  Through the adjustment by the strategy , the system innovation and the technical transformation during 10th-five-year Plan, , all the businesses of the group is growing consideraly in many aspects including ecology and industry. The wood area and forest covering have been doubled. The forest covers 87.49% of the total area. This area abounds in many commercial fine woods of the Changbai Mountain including Korean pines, lindens, and oaks. These woods are every populor in domestic and international markets. The construction develops estate being accelerated , the product amounts to six big more than 40 series breed. Three brands which have become very famous throughout the country  are considered as the main products of the company including Jinqiao Composite Floorboard , Lushuihe saving board and Quanyangquan Natural Mineral Water.  The annual productivity of Quanyangquan Mineral water reaches 400,000 tons, the man-made board 600,000 cubic meters and the composite floor board 10 million square meters.
